Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Eventr. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
Planners and providers
Eventr connects event planners with venue owners, professionals and subcontractors. Agreements for venues and services are between those users; each provider is responsible for the service they offer.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only when the provider accepts it. Cancellations and changes follow what you agreed with the provider and any terms shown in Eventr when you booked.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe or PayHere. Prices, fees and refund terms are shown before you pay. We do not store card details.
Your content
You own what you upload. You allow us to store it and show it to the people you share it with, only to run Eventr. Upload only content you have the right to share.
Acceptable use
Do not use Eventr for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive, to send unwanted messages, or to try to break its security. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
Eventr is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for services provided by other users.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes before they take effect; using Eventr after that means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Colombo have jurisdiction.
